A LETTER FROM OUR PRESIDENT

Welcome to the Do Good Sisterhood of Delta Gamma! I am Ellie Lindley, and currently serve as the 2025 chapter President of the Epsilon Kappa chapter of Delta Gamma here at Clemson University. On this site I hope that you are able to see all the amazing qualities of our chapter, the sisters that make it unique, and the memories you could make that will last a lifetime.

Delta Gamma was founded on December 25th 1873 at the Lewis School for Girls in Oxford, Mississippi. Now there are over 150 established chapters across the US and Canada. Having so many chapters across the country allows us not only to embrace our ever growing bonds, but feel so much love from many different parts of the world. With that being said, Delta Gammas strive to promote individuality and inclusivity. We encourage our sisters to pursue any and all opportunities that they feel will better their experiences around this campus and we hope that they can bring these experiences back to DG.

In Delta Gamma, we strive to live by Article ll which our founders set forth so that we lead with intention and by example. Our four pillars are friendship, character, educational and cultural interest and social responsibility. We encourage each other to lead by these four pillars because not only are they a way of life, but a way of living. The women of Epsilon Kappa are so proud to uphold these values, and I hope that with every step they take on this Earth that they show these values and encourage others to do the same.

Being the President of Delta Gamma is an honor that fills me with immense gratitude every single day. This role has given me the opportunity to serve an incredible group of women, each of whom inspires me with their strength, kindness, and dedication to our shared values. Epsilon Kappa will always have a special place in my heart well after my collegiate years and to all of its members. I hope you are able to see all of the amazing qualities of the Do Good Sisterhood on this web page.

With So Much love, ITB

Ellie Lindley
